At an one-on-one appointment with our dietitian we’ll discuss your individual nutrition needs and concerns. We will measure body fat in different body areas using Harpenden Calipers and measuring tape. We’ll design a personalized program/food plan that is focused, clear and attainable. We will give continuous support and adjustment of your health plan until you have reached your goal.

She will teach you how to adopt healthy eating habits in children and how to manage picky eaters.You will learn ways to improve your family’s physical activity habits, get makeovers for your pantry, cabinet, refrigerator and freezer, tips on how to store your food to keep it fresh and tasting delicious. You will learn healthy cooking techniques and she will share nutritious recipes.
