At an one-on-one appointment with our dietitian we’ll discuss your individual nutrition needs and concerns. We will measure body fat in different body areas using Harpenden Calipers and measuring tape. We’ll design a personalized program/food plan that is focused, clear and attainable. We will give continuous support and adjustment of your health plan until you have reached your goal.

  •  The initial consultation is 1 hour

  •  Visits are spread out over time depending on individual needs but usually 2-3 weeks apart
  •  Variable times to fit your schedule

What’s included?

A 90-minute in-home consultation with the dietitian and a 30-minute follow-up visit.You will meet the dietitian in your home. She will review your family’s eating habits and discuss specific concerns and learn ways to improve them. She will teach you how to adopt healthy eating habits in children and how to manage picky eaters.You will learn ways to improve your family’s physical activity habits, get makeovers for your pantry, cabinet, refrigerator and freezer, tips on how to store your food to keep it fresh and tasting delicious. You will learn healthy cooking techniques and she will share nutritious recipes.

Healthy eating begins with proper grocery shopping. Our dietitian will walk you through the supermarket of your choice to advise you on the healthiest foods to purchase. You will likely learn how to prepare many foods you may have never tried.
Learn how to compare pre-packaged food products to choose the better option, how to buy fruits and vegetables, and many more of your questions answered along the way.
